Inserting a hyperlink

In the template for notifications of my blog posts, I inserted a line of html code at the very bottom of the email pointing to the page where folks could Unsubscribe if they so wished. However, the hyperlink was not realized in the email that went out. I inserted this –

You may Unsubscribe at any time by going here.

The hyperlink on “here” was not rendered, instead we just got “here” as plain text.

How so I get this to hyperlink?
