Insert/Edit Link Tool not providing hover text option

If not, try deactivating all plugins to see if that fixes the problem. IF so, reactivate them one by one to find which one is troublesome.

I can’t believe I’m the only person experiencing this problem. It just stopped working suddenly out of the blue and I have no idea why. Did I accidentally do something??? Is there a new function of WorPress and I’m the only one who’s noticing because I’m the only one using hover text?

I uninstalled all plugins I wasn’t using. That didn’t do anything. Then I uninstalled all plugins that I’ve installed recently and that didn’t do anything either.

I took a screen shot, but I don’t see anywhere to add a screen shot for you to look at.

I guess I don’t really know how to read that ticket, but am I to understand that the hover text option for a link is no longer available?

Why do you keep linking that media manager issue? This is about the WYSIWYG editor, right? Or how is that issue related to this one?

I have looked at other forums, and no one is really addressing my issue. I wish I could provide screen shots.

In the last few days, in the insert/edit link function, where it says link text used to be a hover text option and I’ve built everything in my site around that function and now I just feel like giving up because what’s going to randomly change next that I don’t understand. Why even bother???
