Insert/Edit Link Error In Visual Editor – Loads Posts List After Save

When using the Visual Editor users can not use the insert/edit link button. The interface pops up to enter the URL and search, but search provides no results and if the user enters a URL to link to and hits save the page is then reloaded showing the backend posts list and the link is never created. Any help would be appreciated.
