Insert/Edit Image not working right

Hey guys. I recently installed wordpress 2.2.3. On my other blog I’m using an older version and the Insert/Edit image function works perfect. On this install I am unable to insert an image. I hit insert and it does nothing, just opens up another insert/edit image box. I tried to copy over a post with an image with it from my other blog and it worked but when I tried to edit the image it didn’t do anything. It’s just not working. Any ideas?
