Insert url

I put the same text in every post:
“If you want more information click here”
and I put the link on “here”
the text is the same, but the link is different.
How would do to enter the url in the code?
Is it possible to enter a URL in the code?
This is my code:

I always change the href in each post, but the rest is the same.
