Insert TOC Manually via Shortcode?

    Hey guys,
    If you take a look at this page on my site…
    https://endalldisease.com/resources/

    … you’ll notice I had to add the words ‘top’ and format it <H2> in order to get the proper placement for my table of contents.

    The downside to this is obviously that I now have ‘top’ in my TOC, and just below it, which looks very out of place.

    Is there a way to insert the table of contents manually using a shortcode or something so I can fix this?
