Insert TOC at content wrapper level?

  • We have some headings that are wrapped in a styled div tag. When one of those is the first heading on the page and we set the plugin to position the TOC “Before first heading”, the TOC gets inserted within that styled, wrapping div tag, which breaks the design. Is there a way around this? Can the plugin be changed to insert the TOC at the ‘content wrapper’ level?
