Insert shortcodes from my theme

  • I want to add in the bio of the author a button with “ask me a question” so people can contact the author through our CRM. For that, I want to add a button and modal shortcodes from my theme, Avada.
    But the shortcodes don’t work. They enter as plain text. What do I need to do?
