    Hello,
I am creating a website with two languages (French and English). In one of the pages, I have a table listing all our scientific publications.

In order to avoid having to update both the French and English tables when adding a new publication, I wanted to use Insert Pages as follow:
    1) Create a page containing only the table that lists all our scientific publications.
    2) Create a French page with header/introduction in French and then use Insert Pages to embed the page/table created in 1).
    3) Create an English page with header/introduction in English and then use Insert Pages to embed the page/table created in 1).

My issue is that, when clicking on “Insert Pages”, I see only the pages with the same language, i.e. if the page created in 1) is marked as English, then I can do 3) but not 2).

Is there a way to include a page with a different language?
Or should I totally change my approach?

Thanks a lot for your help!

Insert Pages should be able to insert any page on your site using its slug or ID. It sounds like whatever multilingual plugin you are using is just filtering out the pages in other languages in the Insert Pages popup in the TinyMCE editor so you can’t see them, but they should still be insertable if you manually edit the shortcode and put in the appropriate slug or ID. Hope that helps!
