Insert posts in a page

  • Hi all,
    I’m a newbie in WordPress and I need some help, for you guys it will be easy but I have no idea to get what I want :
    – I made a site with statics pages (witch are more or less categories for me)
    – In some of the statics pages, I want to display articles of that categories

    my site : https://www.a-picture-from-switzerland.com/

    for example in the page Matériel, I would like to display all the article I want of the category Matériel automatically.
    I guess is like having various blogs inside a website
    each “static” page can have it’s own blog

    Is it possible, and How can I do that without changing or modifying the coding of anything.

  • Hi xoxixox,

    If you go to Appearance -> Menus and on the left you will see Categories. Click it and there you will find the different categories for your posts, so you can add them to specific pages.

    Yes I found that, and I’m playing with it to see if it sweet my needs.
    I put a category in my main menu and when I click on it it’s display the posts
    that is good, but I would like to have some kind of static text BEFORE the posts to be displayed,
    I’m also trying some plugins like : “Add Posts to Pages” “Posts in Page” “Posts to Page”
    I think it’s the way to go to achieve what I want to do,
    of maybe someone know another plugin

    Ahh I see, unfortunately I’m not sure about that I don’t know it offhand, hopefully someone else will know of a solution for you ??
