    Hello.

    You are using an invalid quote character in the shortcode. Note that the quotation mark at the beginning and at the end is different. ”11382″

    Snippets work with any quotation marks: single or double.

    Shortcodes are WordPress functionality so we can’t change the format of quotes in any way.

    Hi Temyk,

    Thank you for your clarification. So it was my mistake then. I don’t realize that the quotation mark is different.
