You can actually also use your form’s shortcode to add it to a widget.

The shortcode can be found in the form’s placement settings: https://d.pr/i/L4Czte

Then you can use a Text widget to add it: https://d.pr/i/y0ybp8

Hi, that didn’t work either. All I could see on the site was the title of the widget, the actual sign up form doesn’t show.

That’s interesting. The shortcode method works on my test site with the latest MailPoet version.
