Insert page won’t display EchoKB article content

Often other plugins will store custom page content in postmeta instead of post content, so you’ll need to create a custom template to bring in that extra content. A helpful user created a tutorial on how to do that here:

You may have to look at the database to see where Echo KB stores its content. If it were me I’d start in wp_postmeta.

Oh also, it does look like Echo KB includes some of its own shortcodes, so those might work better for your use case. See their documentation here:
