Insert Page and Crayon Syntax Highlighter

    I have these 2 plugins loaded(amongst others), have tried disabling and re-enabling plugins.
    Have created a page(API), with Insert Page shortcodes calling multiple pages into 1, this works great. Some/most of the individual pages have developer code snippets inside of ShortCode Ultimate tabs, with the Crayon code on Tab panes.
    If I open the individual pages everything is working fine, but when I open the API Page which the Insert Page plugin is used, the Crayon Syntax Highlighter looses all its information/settings/formatting, so the outlines the line numbers and the display bar with the (Copy, Show RAW, etc buttons) is missing/not being displayed.

    Please advise if there is a fix on Insert Page Plugin, as the Crayon plugin works?
