Insert NextGen Gallery in cell

    Hi,

    I want to add a column to my table with – for example – the butterflies at https://www.mijnblogje.nl/overzicht-dagvlinders. In this column I want to insert a link to a NextGen Gallery of the specific species in the row. For example the Red Admiral in the first row. So when you click at the picture you will get a lightbox with pictures of the Red Admiral.

    In TablePress is an opportunity to insert a NGG, but when I want to use that, nothing happens. I don’t get a possibility to choose any gallery.

    Is there something wrong about using NGG in TablePress or do I have to change a setting?

    Hi,

    thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

    I assume that you mean the “Insert Image” button the “Edit” screen of TablePress? From TablePress’ perspective that’s indeed only for inserting single images. I’m not aware of a way to directly make that work for galleries that are then shown in an overlay/popup. Sorry ??

    Hi Tobias,

    I’ve tried it via the Advanced Editor button of TablePress. But that doesn’t work. But I understand you can’t insert a photo with a link to a lightbox in the table.

    I will look further for another way to manage this.

    Hi Theo,

    I hope you can find a solution. This is something that would have to be adjusted in the gallery plugin. There’s nothing here that I can do about this in TablePress, I’m afraid.
