Insert Media Error

Hello,

There seems to be a bug affecting the insert media, upload function. The issue is that when editing a page/post and uploading new media via the Add Media function, after selecting the file, the error “an error occurred in the upload. Please try again later” is displayed. However, when refreshed, the media is uploaded and in the media library.

To rule everything else out, I tried from a default theme with everything except Adminimize disabled, and of course when disabling Adminimize, the media upload works fine again.

Any idea what could cause this issue? I should mention this is from any account, including admin and I’m not seeing any plugin settings that affect this.
