Insert Logo in Mobile Header Menu Bar

On mobile, below the main header image, there’s a black menu bar with a menu button on the left and a search button on the right. I want to insert an image (my logo) in between them. When someone clicks on the image I want them to be redirected to the homepage. I don’t want the image to appear on desktop. How can this be done? Thanks.
