Insert item in the menu

Thank you very much for your answer. The problem is that I would like to insert a “bloc” (which actually is a nextgen gallery) instead of a link. So, this block contain thumbnails with link for each of them.
The aim is that, if the user add a gallery into nextgen, it will be then added automatically into the menu.
If I uses css, I suppose it will not be automatically add if user wants to add a new gallery.

Sorry for my english I hope you understand.

we can see the two thumbnails that i would like to appear instead of the (nggallery id=10) text.

That is not possible with this plugin. The plugin works based on menus generated by the wordpress menu system
