Insert image without linking it

  • I can not figure out how to insert an image without it getting linked. In the past, I could get just a plain img src, now it is wrapped in a href, which is non desirable to me in most cases.

  • In the floating Insert image window (WP2.5) there is a link included by default. Click the None button to remove the link from the image before inserting into post.

    It used to also omit the w/h values, is that possible to get to go away as well?
    Thanks for the help, that is one down as far as questions about 2.5.

    I wouldn’t recommend omitting the w/h values for accessibility reasons. If you’re not happy with the sizes it generates, change the sizes () in misc. settings, image settings to values that suits you.
