Insert image dialog freezes, buttons disabled

    Zedity Support,

    I installed Zedity and it appears to be working correctly until I try to insert an image. Text inserts fine, but when clicking the camera icon to insert an image, the “insert image” dialog pops up and freezes there. None of the buttons on it are enabled, and it even won’t close using the ‘X’ in the upper right corner. The only way out is to close the whole Zedity Editor window, abandoning all changes.

    Hi,

    That sounds like a conflict with some other plugin.

    As a first step, please try disabling (no need to uninstall) any other active plugin and let us know if you still see the problem at that time, reporting also which WordPress, Zedity, Operating System and Browser version you’re using.
