Insert image button not working

Apologies for not mentioning this in my previous post Greg, but the insert image button is not working for me either. I hadn’t noticed earlier!

I’ve checked the other buttons that I use and I found one other (minor) issue – the Paste as Text button does toggle the function on/off but it doesn’t change in appearance when it’s turned on like the version in normal writing mode.
