    Trying to figure out how to insert an image behind the logo in header – theme Flat Blocks Classic

    Do you mean you want the header to have a background on it plus the header also has a logo image in it? If so, I think you want the header to use the Cover Block and set it to the image you want for the background. Then within the Cover Block, you can specify the Logo block, Title Block, etc. on top of it.
