Insert Headers/Footers is gone

Hi,

I run a multi-page setup.

On all pages (with the exception of the top-level page) the “insert headers and footers” functionality can no longer be configured (there is no entry in the admin menu any more) nor does it look like the old configuration is being applied.

Please help!
