Insert graphics from free sites plugin

I’m convinced I saw something like this the other day but typically didn’t take a note of it. Now on trying to find it I can’t so am after help.

I am certain I saw a plugin that would allow me to insert an image to a post on my blog. The plugin basically took a key or highlighted word and searched the free photo / graphics websites and then imported, etc for you.

Put me out of my misery – is there such a thing?
