Insert galleries into an image gallery page

  • Hi,
    I have created four different galleries for my website.
    I have also created an image Gallery page.
    How can I add the three of four galleries into that page?

    The following is the instruction found on the gallery format post.

    Simply upload images to a specific post in WordPress, and select the “Gallery” post format, and it will automatically turn into a nice slider. It also smoothly resizes the slider height depending on each image’s size. Images will only show up if attached to the post.

    By attaching images to a post, means you need to upload your images using the media uploader button, when you are editing your post. This will attach your images to your post.

    If you upload in WordPress admin -> Media -> Add New, it will not work.
