In version 4.0.1 Select “Insert From URL” does not exist

In Windows 10 and browsers Chrome, Firefox and Opera had similar answers

Please, be kindly informed that the “Insert from URL” option was available in the previous versions.
As there was a bug connected with it, our developers removed the option from the updated versions and it is no longer available.
