Insert downloadable files in Woocommerce from the NextGen Gallery

    Hello everybody,

    I have images in the NextGen Gallery that I would like to sell as virtual and downloadable products via Woocommerce. However pressing “Choose file” to add Downloadable Files, only the WordPress Gallery opens.
    How can I activate a button to insert images from the NextGen Gallery, similar as when you add a featured image?

    I don’t know about selling photos through Woocommerce, but there are two plugins you might want to look at that allow you to sell photos from NextGEN Gallery. See what you think of NextGEN Gallery Sell Photo and Print Foto Money for NextGEN Gallery.

    thank you for your reply! ??
    I took a look at the plugins, however this is not quite what I was looking for.
    I know that there are plugins that I can use for selling photography, but I am using the woocommerce since with it I can modify the appearance of the product pages exactly to my needs. So I was using the NEXT Gen Gallery mostrly for creating galleries and sorting out the pictures.
    Finally I decided to use the “WP Media folder” and “Image Watermark” to plugins that replace the funktions of the NextGen Gallery.
