How can I put a title-description below the video? I can’t find this option in the plugin…
The plugin provides video for posts/pages, and for widgets. Each has a setup form. For posts and pages a title can be placed above the video in the regular editor, and description can be placed below (or above, or maybe even wrapping beside if left or right alignement is selected) also in the regular editor. The widget setup form has a text input field for a title, and it may contain markup as well as text.
The setup form for both the widget and posts/pages videos has a ‘caption’ field suitable for a small description, and the field may contain markup. Depending on your theme, the caption associated with the video may be visually distinct — in fact this caption is similar to the caption you may set for a static image.
With the widget specifically, if you want a description below (or even above) the video, I suggest the “Text” widget that comes with WordPress.
After dragging the SWFPut widget to a sidebar or widget area, you can drag the Text widget just below (or above) it, and add any content there.
As always, the final appearance depends first on your theme, and then markup that you add.
And How can I choose a different aspect rather than the pre formatted aspect (basically the font size) of the widget of my theme?
I’m not sure of the word “aspect” here. The setup forms allow you to set the aspect ratio (width X height) if it differs from the pixel dimensions.
I think you mean something else. Font sizes are primarily set by your theme, but since the title and caption fields of the setup forms (and the WordPress Text widget) accept markup, you can do things like put text in a span element with a style attribute, or an em element. You can put hyperlinks too. (Of course, any markup must make sense: always test!)
I’d like to see an example if you can provide a link.
One more thing: In the admin, when you’re on a post editor page, the help tab at the upper right corner has some help added by SWFPut. It might be dry and wordy (like the person who wrote it [me]), but hopefully it can answer some questions.
