Insert data to database from site

  • Hi

    I want to add one textarea on my blog, which inserts the data to database when there is something written in it and the submit button is clicked. Can anyone provide the code that does the job?

    What I want to do is to give the post author ability to add notes to his/her posts, so that he/she can’t edit the post itself. What is the code that send’s some data to database from textarea?

    I think you can use any form creation plugin like CFormII and set the database with the form to submit the data to the database…
