Insert custom variable in title and meta description

I am using an Events plugin which features recurring events. It essentially creates an events post (CPT) for each recurrence. The issue I have is with duplicate content as I have multiple posts with the same title and meta description.

I would like to be able to automatically display the unique event date in both title and meta description (without having to edit each event manually) to resolve the duplicate content issue.

The way I am envisioning this is to create a custom variable that pulls in the date under Search Appearance > Content Types. I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction so this can be done. Thanks
