Insert currency amount in the rate field of tax, instead of percentage

  • I need to add an amount to carts in a format of a combination of a flat rate + percentage. e.g : 4% + €0.35.

    But it’s not possible to insert an integer flat rate in the rate field of tax classes. I need to show the total of this combination below one label in the frontend.
