Sorry, I didn’t get an email from WordPress regarding this topic and just happened to see it when marking old topics as resolved.
This plugin is intended to be slim and fast so there isn’t a countdown element built-in. That would require 3rd party javascript and it can be a bit complex, especially if supporting different Timezones.
I see you have already switched to a different plugin or function that supports a count down. Great! But I will go a head and answer for anyone else that may be reading this thread…
If you are using our Total theme you can insert a counter via the available Count Down element. But in this case I would recommend not even using this plugin and instead creating a template under Theme Panel > Dynamic Templates with whatever you want and then adding it to the top of the page by inserting it via Theme Panel > Custom Actions (video guide).
If you are using a different theme that has a page builder you can ask if this function is available to you or there is a shortcode you can insert into the notification bar content area.
