• I want to colour the white space behind the text in Twenty Fifteen, but I can’t find a solution. Not the space around the content, but the space where the content is (behind the letters, sorry for my poor English)

  • Hi there!

    If you post a link to your website we can take a look and make a suggestion for you. Also, what color do you want to use?

    Cheers ??

    website is https://beenhakkers.nl/
    it is the white in the middle, where the content is.
    I know the codes for the colors, only not how to get it inside WordPress. I managed to change the color of the area around the text with the stykesheet css, but for the white area I can;t find a solution.

    thanx
    use the force

    Try this:

    .page {
      background-color:  #??????;
    }

    Funny, that works.
    I had put an # before it (#page, that’s how it worked in twenty eleven)) instead of .page and then only the area around it got color.
    Now I use the both ??

    Thanx very much ??

    Your welcome! ??
