Insert Categories at the Top Navbar Menu?

  • How to insert categories at the top navbar menu? Manually edit code at the header.php may help me but anyone know if any plugin does insert this automatically?

    I use Pagelines framework n can’t find any clues to edit the code at the header.php.

    They use hook etc that not my stage yet to understand.
