insert button not working: solution

I’m having same problem. It’s not working. If I set the shortcode myself – it works. But when i push add shortcode – nothing happens. checked console while pushing the button. Giving me an error. Here is a link to a screenshot with this error. https://screencast.com/t/S2jeECvR2INS

I am also having problems with the “Insert Download” button not working properly. When I click the button in Post Edit mode, I am taken to a window to select the download to insert into the post. However, after selecting the download, when I hit the “insert shortcode” button, nothing happens!
