Insert before or after paragraph %N

In the block insertion order options, there is an option to insert every %N paragraphs.
Is it possible to insert blocks every %N paragraphs with an offset? For example, every 10 paragraphs after the fifth (5, 15, 25, 35)?

If there is no such possibility, then it would be worth implementing it.
