    Greetings. Currently with the free version of the plugin, any attachments inserted by the user who opens the topic are not included in the ticket notification emails. Is there an add-on to include this functionality? Should it be purchased as a single add-on or does it also require a Plugin subscription plan?

    Thank you for reaching out, regrettably, it is not possible to attach the attachment with the New ticket notification. You must check the ticket on your WP Dashboard > Tickets.

    If you want to check the emails and reply from your email, you can check our Email Support Add-on. With this add-on, you can reply directly by e-mail! ?Users can even create a new ticket and account by simply sending an email to your designated support address.
