This is not Themes bug.

Raindrops + Alphabetic Pagination needs a little setting is necessary.

Dashboard / Appearance / Customize

Widget / Archive / Archive Page Top Navigation

Set Show and Save Publish

Next Plugin settings

Dashboard / Settings / Alphabetic Pagination

DOM Position? of Left menu set reset.
