    I want to insert a post that comes from another of my sites, to avoid double encoding. Is it possible ?

    No, there’s all sorts of XSS issues that crop up with that type of embedding. But you may be able to use the built-in oembed functionality of WordPress to render more info from the other site instead of just the link:
