insecure XMLHttpRequest endpoint

    Hello there!
    I have been using CF7 plugin for a long time. Thank you for creating such a useful and high-quality product! But recently I had a problem.
    My new web-site uses:
    Cloud Flare Https
    Wordpress 4.8
    Contact Form 7 4.8
    After sending a message, I have the notification in the console developer toolbar:

    (Chrome)
    Mixed Content: The page at ‘https://www.mysite.com/contact-us/’ was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure XMLHttpRequest endpoint ‘https://www.mysite.com/wp-json/contact-form-7/v1/contact-forms/2411’. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.

    (Firefox)
    Blocked loading mixed active content “https://www.mysite.com/wp-json/contact-form-7/v1/contact-forms/2311”

    But my page doesn’t contain any http request.
    Could you give me advice what to do in this case?

    Check to see if both the WordPress Address and Site Address in the Settings > General admin menu have a URL starting with https://.

    Thanks for the quick reply.
    I have the site and home URL’s as https://www.mysite.com But it’s not working.

    The error in the Dev Toolbar is the same:
    Mixed Content: The page at ‘https://www.mysite.com/contact-us/’ was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure XMLHttpRequest endpoint ‘https://www.mysite.com/wp-json/contact-form-7/v1/contact-forms/2411’. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.

    How should I proceed?

    The problem was solved through the plugins CF7 and WP-Mail-SMTP

    What did you do to solve it? I am having the same problem.

    I would also like to know how this problem was solved.

    Hello Everyone!
    In my case, I have temporarily ignored the https then I have installed CF7 version 4.7, as well I have installed additional plugin WP-Mail-SMTP.
    It’s working for me.
