Insecure version of timthumb.php in version 1.1.99

Hi – we just installed the latest version, 1.1.99.

Version 2.8.13 of /plugins/image-slider-widget/inc/class/timthumb.php triggered a security warning. We updated to the most recent stable version, 2.8.13.1.
