    Hi guys,

I’ve noticed the the plugin is creating a https mixed content warning when card details are entered incorrectly and the “Please enter a valid card number” type error messages are displayed:

Mixed Content: The page at 'https://store.domain.com/checkout' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure image 'https://store.domain.com/undefined'. This content should also be served over HTTPS.
https://store.domain.com/undefined Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)

For some reason the plugin is trying to load “store.domain.com/undefined” (which doesn’t exist), and it also tries to load it over http rather than https.

This means that if someone enters their card details incorrectly, the green padlock on checkout page disappears and the page looks insecure.

Hey guys, this problem is still happening with latest update. Any ideas re: a fix? I’d love to use the plugin again, but mixed content warnings on the checkout page when a customer enters their details incorrectly will scare some customers off.
