insecure content warning after update

    Hi,
    After updating the plugin just now, I’m getting an insecure content warning, saying the thumbnail image from the podcast is being loaded over http instead of https.

    Can you help me with this?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for trying Podcast Player.

    You are seeing this content warning because your webpage loads “mixed display content”.

    In simple terms, images and mp3 urls in your RSS feed begins with https:// and not https://. This actually should not create any security problem. However, it is a bad security practice. You own site (https://socialeconomics.org/) is protected by SSL but some content (image/mp3 in this case) on your website is not protected.

    Podcast Player can only display whatever entered in the RSS feed. Therefore, Podcast player on its own cannot solve this issue.

    Although, the above will not create any serious security problem. However, as a good security practice, you should try to change all image and mp3 urls in the feed to https.
