Insecure call – fix?

    I’ve been testing my SSL certificate and have this error message:

    Insecure <form> call.
    Found on line # 275 in file: anyoldlights.co.uk/index.html
    (Note: Chrome will show a security error for any secure page with an insecure <form> call on the page)

    I have no idea how to fix that and can’t even find my index.html to see what’s on line 275 – can anyone help please?
