Insecure admin login

Hi,
I set the plugin for have always admin secured by SSL but there is an exception that alow insecure login.

Is a bug in the plugin?
How I can fix?

My website is HTTP for user and HTTPS on admin side.

the unsecure login page: https://marcoborla.it/wpmb18/wp-login.php

Seems page are forced to SSL only if have www. infact you cannot load under http

Also if I add rule to convert address without www. seems I still be able to open the insecure page: https://www.marcoborla.it
