Insanely good support

I have to admit – I’m a user of WPAllImport, but it’s missing a critical feature (FTP import – even their bridge doesn’t work), so I searched and found Visser Labs. Initial setup was relatively easy, but I had problems with the import – not unexpected, as the company providing FTP access have a long history of doing things in non-standard ways.

In any case – I submitted a support ticket and Michael was on the case with a solution within 24 hours, going way above and beyond the call of duty. The FTP issue was definitely bizarre, but he solved it.

I certainly will be recommending Visser products – you so rarely see a company/person that cares this much about providing great support.
