Inquiry Notification

When there is an inquiry, the admin gets notification with details of the inquiry. However, I would like to include in the notification the name and email address of the sender.
That way I can reply to the sender directly without having to login to the website to get the name and email of the sender. Is that possible?
Also, when I reply to an inquiry under my store, and the customer replies back, we don’t see their reply in the inquiry module section.
