Inquiry not forwarding to email after flamingo installed

Hello,

I noticed a weird issue yesterday with my contact form inquiries. I recently installed flamingo as I added fields to my contact form but forgot to add those fields to the email that gets sent out so missed out on valuable information and looked for a way to save inquiries that came in as a backup.

Today I noticed however though that an inquiry was in flamingo but it was never sent from contact form 7 to my email. I thought this was weird because everything was sending and working fine prior to installing flamingo.

Does flamingo save the inquiry or form and then not send as it is now managing/saving the forms?
Have I configured something wrong or do I need to change something in contact form 7 once flamingo is installed to ensure mail is sent?
