    Hi,

    I just updated marketplace to 1.2.3 and now my inquiry pop up is taking upto 4 seconds to load on vendor store page…Previous version was instant.

    Please advise ?

    HI,

    Actually, we have changed Inquiry popup load using ajax, previously it was from page HTML.

    But why it’s talking that long time? Is your site’s backed is very slow? Normally a Ajax response receive in few milliseconds!

    Hi,

    Really, I dont know why but it is slow now but it loaded instantly before. I tried everything. Deactivated all plugins and changed to twenty sixteen theme. Nothing helped the speed of the pop up ?

    My servers got SSD and 4 core cpu plus 4 gig ram so enough resources and database is optimized with g.zip compression and 7.2 php.

    I also dont have much on the vendor page as the site is not public and is in testing mode.

    Please improve this because this is no good at all and this module is very important!

    Hi, I have just updated both the marketplace & front-end manager plugins & I find nothing wrong in it. The Inquiry popup loads instantly.Everything is great..

    It’s running on a very low end server indeed.

    Just be sure there is no error happening in your site, check error logs.

    Hi,
    My host support checked Ajax and said they can see no errors !
    I can see no error in chrome console.
    This was working perfect 2 days ago. This is very strange because even with no plugins except woocommerce & wcfm it’s the same slowness.

    Can I send you admin access to look ?

    Hi,

    I checked your demo site and its loading at 3 seconds, a little faster than mine.

    Is there a chrome browser setting that could be causing or is this all handles from server , because it should load instantly right ? I have full cloud server resources available too and am connected to cloudflare..

    Hi,

    “3 seconds” – that’s also slow. It should not take more than 500 mili-seconds.

    Sorry, but asking, are you using a very slow network connection? Otherwise how a AJAX may take 3-4 seconds!

    After update, I’ve just noticed the inquiry form is now displaying on bottom of page below footer at full length of the screen ? This is not by design is it ?

    Am I missing a new setting ?
