Inquiry – Custom Slack Output

    When exporting forms to slack I was wondering if there’s an option or way to modify weforms to output the referring URL and potentially the page title as well. I currently use this for emails and it’s been extremely helpful but I’m trying to migrate to slack currently to index these.

    If this is a feature only available to the pro version then just let me know too.

    Thanks for reaching out with your weforms to Slack inquiry.

    Currently, weforms does not have a built-in option to output the referring URL and page title directly to Slack. However, it is indeed feasible by custom coding this functionality into a WordPress action hook, using the Slack API and PHP to capture the form submission data, including the referrer URL and page title, and send it to the desired Slack channel.

    Please note that custom coding goes beyond the scope of our support but you can hire a developer to assist you with this.

    In terms of the pro version of weforms, it offers advanced features such as multi-step forms, conditional logic, etc., but it does not include a feature specifically for outputting the referring URL and page title to Slack.
